All classes are learning about the five health-related components of fitness: cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition.
Each week, students must submit a physical activity log. The requirements are a minimum of 30 minutes of activity at least 5 days per week. Students can log their activities beginning Friday afternoon and can log any physical activities they participate in over the weekend. Week 2 should show activities from August 28 - September 3.
